How and why to pass verification on the cryptocurrency exchange Cryptex?

The full functionality of our platform is available only to those users who have passed the mandatory verification procedure justified by the international KYC & AML policy.

To complete the verification procedure, you must register on the platform and/or log in to your account.

On the User Name tab > Settings > Verification you will see a form, the fields of which must be filled in. After filling in all the fields, click the “Submit for review" button.

After successfully submitting the form, you will see a notification that the application has been accepted. An email will also be sent to the e-mail specified during account registration, duplicating the information.

It usually takes no more than 72 hours to process an application. We do not store personal data of users. This is handled by an international service provider that has the necessary equipment to ensure data security in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

After successful completion of the verification procedure, a corresponding confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail specified during account registration.

After that, the account status in your personal account will change to “Verified” and all the functionality of the platform will be available to you.
