How to restore your account

If you do not know the data: you have lost a special ID to log in to your account or forgot your password, access to your personal account can be restored. To do this, it is enough to have access to the e-mail specified during registration and use the appropriate buttons when trying to log in to the personal account.

Restoring the ID

To restore your account ID, just enter the e-mail specified during registration and go through the captcha.

After clicking the “Send User ID” button, a notification will appear on the screen that your ID has been sent to your email.

Password Recovery

To restore your account password, just enter the e-mail specified during registration and go through the captcha.

After clicking on the “Reset password” button, you will see a notification that an email has been sent to your email with a link to reset your password.

When you click on this link by clicking on the appropriate button, you will be asked to come up with and enter a new password for your account. Do not forget to save it, for example, using a password manager, or any other convenient way.

At the end of the procedure, a corresponding confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail, and you will also be asked to log into your account with an already updated password.
