Withdrawal of funds from your RUR account: Alfa Bank

Withdrawals are made in Russian rubles to your RUR account in Alfa Bank via ATM on weekdays from 10 am to 8 pm Moscow time. Amount in rubles has to be multiple of 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is equivalent to $50.

To make a withdrawal you need to: 

1. On the Balance page, click the 'Withdraw' button in the USD card; 
2. Select ‘Alfa bank RUR 2%’ in the method selection field; 
3. In the Amount field enter the desired withdrawal amount; 
4. In the Account number field, enter the recipient's ruble account number in Alfa Bank (20 characters); 
5. In the Full name field, enter the full Surname, First name and Patronymic of the account holder of the specified account (in Cyrillic); 
6. Press the 'Withdraw' button; 
7. Confirm action.
